Electrical testing: PAT Testing and Periodic Inspection and Testing

Periodic Inspection and Testing
The inspection and periodic tests are designed to ensure that electrical installations remain safe and in good working order. All electrical installations deteriorate over time and use, so they should be inspected and tested at regular intervals, particularly in rented properties or public buildings, to ensure that they comply with the wiring regulations standards of the 17th edition.
