Gas Safety Certificate For Lessor Or Agent

IF YOU ARE A LESSOR OR AGENT, PLEASE NOTE:

In compliance with the Gas Safety Regulations (installation and use) of 1998, if you are renting a property, you need an owner's Gas Safety Certificate or CP12.
A CP12 gas safety inspection certificate has a shelf life of 12 months and therefore requires renewal every year.
You must obtain this from a registered gas safety engineer for all pipes, gas appliances and smoke ducts installed on your property.
All owners must give their tenants access to CP12 within 28 days after the inspection. If the tenants change, they will need a copy of the CP12 certificate before moving.
Each of our gas engineers is registered in the gas safety registry, they are fully qualified and have experience in performing the necessary verifications to ensure compliance with the law and the security of their property.
To organize your CP12 with us, we ask that you provide us with the details and payment in advance, this can be done through this website or by phone at 0203 239 0374
You will receive a phone call from one of our local consultants within 2 business days after booking. The Advisor will make an appointment within 2 business days of your call. After the owner's Gas Safety Assessment has been completed, the consultant will leave you a copy of CP12. A copy of the CP12 will also be available on this website  For more Info click here
