GAS SAFETY CERTIFICATES
A landlord owner must take concerns on standards of gas appliances every 12 months.When you're into a new home, you have to make a complete analysis of all gas appliances available at home. Our Registered Gas Safety Engineers will have a complete inspection on every gas related appliance to understand its current standard. At end of the day, we will give you a proper estimate on every appliance to ensure that whether it provides you with enough safety for long period of time. The full report of the survey will bring into sight of landlords to take it forward.The survey will make sure that no gas appliance was damaged. In worst cases, our engineers will share the insights of gas appliance standards to landlords and get authorization from them to work on it.
Certification of"Landlord Gas Safety Record Form" will be issued to the tenants after all the surveys and inspection. You must keep a record of the safety check for 2 years
